1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of dealbeats.shop ("DealBeats," "we," "us"). By browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What we sell

DealBeats sells non-exclusive and exclusive licenses to use original instrumental beats (each, a "Beat") in your own musical work. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the Beat itself — it grants you specific usage rights as described in the license terms attached to your order, which are also shown on the license's Licensing page before you buy.

3. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account access secure and for all activity under your account. We use passwordless, email-based sign-in — anyone with access to your email inbox can access your account, so keep it secure.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by PayPal; we never see or store your full card or PayPal account credentials. An order is complete once payment is confirmed, at which point your license files become available for download in your account.

5. Refunds

Beats are digital goods delivered instantly on purchase. See our Refund Policy for the full policy and the limited exceptions where a refund applies.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to upload, share, or resell any Beat outside the rights granted by your license.
• Attempt to circumvent payment, licensing, or download restrictions.
• Use automated means to scrape, copy, or bulk-download content from the site without our written permission.
• Interfere with the site's normal operation or attempt unauthorized access to any account or system.

7. Intellectual property

Except for the specific usage rights granted in a purchased license, all Beats, artwork, site content, and the DealBeats name and branding remain the property of DealBeats and its producers. Purchasing a license doesn't grant you rights to DealBeats' trademarks or other content on the site.

8. Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is." We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, DealBeats disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and the Beats sold through it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, DealBeats' total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site or a purchased license is limited to the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Terms attached to a license you've already purchased don't change retroactively.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
