All sales are final

Every license on DealBeats is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase — your files are available for download the moment payment is confirmed. Because of that instant, irreversible delivery, all license purchases are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

We'll issue a refund or fix the order at no charge in these cases:

• Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same order.
• Failed or corrupted delivery — the file you downloaded is missing, incomplete, or won't open. We'll re-issue the download first; if that's not possible, we'll refund the order.
• Unauthorized charge — the purchase wasn't made by you or anyone with permission to use your payment method.

Refunds are not issued for a change of mind, for a Beat that doesn't fit a project after purchase, or once a license's files have already been used in released or distributed work.
