Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beat in one (1) new musical composition (the "Work") that incorporates original vocals, lyrics, or other substantial creative material. Licensor retains all ownership of the Beat and may continue to license it to other parties, including at other license tiers, at any time. This license includes delivery of: MP3. This license permits 100,000 audio streams, 2,500 distributed copies of the Work, and use in 1 music video. Monetization on streaming and video platforms is permitted. Radio broadcast is not included with this license. Paid live performances are not included with this license. Licensee agrees to credit the Beat as "prod. by DealBeats" in the Work's official metadata, video description, or liner notes wherever reasonably practicable. Licensee may not resell, re-license, or claim ownership of the Beat itself; isolate or extract the underlying instrumental for use outside the Work; or register the unaltered Beat with a performing-rights organization, content-ID system, or copyright office in Licensee's own name. This license remains in effect unless terminated for a material breach of these terms, including use of the Beat beyond the rights granted above. Use beyond these limits requires purchasing an additional or higher-tier license. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly on purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in the case of a duplicate charge or a failed/corrupted file delivery.
